Make Christmas Tree Ornaments

• DMC Embroidery Floss
• Beads

Felt Candy Cane is made with built up layers for felt and decorated with felt Holly Leaves.

Use the drawing below to make patterns and cut the shapes from the drawing in red, white and green felt.

I used 3 of the six strands of embroidern thread and Blanket Stitch to attach the red stripes to the white candy cane.

It is your choice, you can have plain white or you can make the back match the front of the ornament, by reversing the patterns.

I used all six strands of the embroidery thread to stitch the front and back of the ornament together using blanket stitch.

Attach the Holly Leaves to the Candy Cane using Red Beads
